Transformative Mission to De La Salle Blackfeet School

A group of 11 students, led by Ms. Fandrich and Mr. Goulet, recently returned from an impactful week-long mission trip in Browning, Montana, with the Lasallian Christian Brothers at our sister school, De La Salle Blackfeet. Our students were fully immersed in the community, engaging with multiple speakers who shared insights into growing up on the reservation and learning about the Native Blackfeet community. Their time was primarily dedicated to tutoring students in grades 4-8 across various subjects, while also offering support to navigate the challenges of often unstable home lives.

In addition to the enriching educational experience, our team explored the stunning landscapes of Glacier National Park, delving into the history of the Blackfeet land and appreciating the local wildlife. This immersive journey proved to be transformational not only for our students but also for those they connected with during their time in Browning.

Congratulations to Lindsey Phelan and Lucy Kindler for their amazing finishes in the Section Diving Championship! They placed 1st and 4th respectively and both advanced to the State Tournament, which will be held November 16-18 at Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center, U of M. CLICK HERE to purchase tickets.

2024-25 Scholarship Applications – Due Friday

Hill-Murray scholarship applications are available for the 2024-25 academic year. All scholarship information can be found online this year under the Tuition Assistance tab on the main page of our Hill-Murray website.

Scholarships are broken down into Need-Based and Non-Need Based Scholarships. Those families who complete the TADS application for financial assistance will automatically be considered for the Need-Based Scholarships. The TADS application is the only application to fill out for these scholarships. However, if a student is chosen for one of these scholarships, they will need to submit an essay, thank you note, and student profile information to accept and receive the award.

Regardless of whether or not they fill out the TADS application, any student can apply for the Non-Need Based Scholarships. The scholarship application can be found and completed online under the Tuition Assistance tab.

Completed applications are due by Friday, November 17, 2023. This is much earlier than in past years. Don’t delay! Get started on your application today!

If you have any questions about this process, please contact Denise Bates at dbates@hill-murray.org.

2024-25 Admission Applications

We are accepting applications for the 2024-25 academic year! We have moved over to a new rolling-admissions process for the 2024-25 school year. We believe that you should not have to wait for a date on the calendar to make one of the most important decisions that you and your student may choose regarding their education.

Although there is no “deadline” for applications, we encourage you, DO NOT WAIT to submit an application! While we would love to welcome every student into our halls, we are committed to maintaining healthy and manageable class sizes that are optimal for every student to thrive at Hill-Murray. We had a wait pool for the 2023-24 school year, and anticipate the same for the 2024-25 school year as well. It is a great time to be a Pioneer!

There is so much strength in our community – you are our best advocates! Please share this link with your friends, family and anyone you think would be a great addition to the Hill-Murray family.

Please contact Krissy Pohl at kpohl@hill-murray.org (Middle School) or Emily Sharockman at esharockman@hill-murray.org (High School) in Admissions with questions.

* Please note, this is for NEW students interested in attending next fall.
